honestly no matter how cliche you think these cirquedu soleil. monologues are getting. its still cool to think that a show like this exists. Not just in its sheer entertainment, but its aesthetics and acrobatics combined that make it worthwhile. For those reasons i believe its a great piece of social entertainment. we must protect stuff that we enjoy and makes life more bearable.

Saw it yesterday in Lisbon, PT. I loved it. It reminded me of Varekai, one of my favs. Soleil, thank you for carrying my mind into your magical worlds of joy, color and music; where tasteful art meets impressive talent; where we forget the world and all our senses experience perfection. As soon as the artists appeared in the middle of the audience I started crying... and I didn't stop until it ended :)
