materials
500ml water
650 700 g flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 pack of dry yeast 10 g
3 tablespoons of olive oil

to put on
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of milk

    I made the recipe but the directions are not sufficient. I ended up with three beautiful loaves but the quantities for flour are totally inadequate. To get three loaves that looked exactly as in the video I needed 7 3/4 cups of flour. (930 grams of flour). In addition you have not provided a cooking time so I carefully watched the baking every 10 minutes and after 40 minutes I had loaves that looked exactly like the video. I am an experienced baker and I'm very pleased with the results but I think a great improvement in directions would be of benefit to many. I baked the bread at 356 degree Fahrenheit. Another benefit might be to give a measurement of the loaves before baking (length and width). I also used only olive oil throughout the process. I would really love a response to this comment as I do truly believe that this bread is wonderful and that many people would really need more precise instructions. Thank you.     This looks really good!! I had the idea to not punch down the dough too much and have big bubbles in the bread. Then pan-toast a slice. Oooo!
