  • Remember folks, if the spiderman movie has a train sequence, chances are that the movie is godlike
  • I love how the revelation that Miles was never meant to be Spider-Man, but him choosing to be Spider-Man regardless of that is basically the living embodiment of what Stan Lee said years ago about how his goal for the character was that anyone could be Spider-Man.
  • @blipmachine
Oscar Isaac acted the hell out of this scene strapped to the top of a vertical bullet train blasting into the sky. What a dedicated actor.
  • @ApexGale
they foreshadowed it from the first movie. the spider was glitching
  • The best scene in the entire movie. The buildup to this scene, the dialogue, the writing, the fact that I couldn’t choose which side I was on. Miguel and Miles killed this scene
  • “Everyone keeps telling me how MY story is supposed to go. Nah. Imma do my own thing.” Such a powerful line from Miles. Shameik Moore killed it with his performance.
  • @alfie4234
The Canon Event is a really interesting idea for Spiderman to go up against. It’s something that internally prevents him from helping others, rather than externally like with a supervillain. Spiderman is a character that’s known for never turning his back when he’s able to help someone, and The Canon is a really unique antagonist to that idea of the character.
  • @cartoongrump
2:32 “You’re the ORIGINAL anomaly!” And everything that follows, just wow, what a jaw-dropping scene.
  • @Dracogame
5:10 I love how the music swells up while Miguel falls down. Everyone is out there praising the animation and presentation, but the music was also a very strong part of this movie. I loved it.
  • @elzanti12345
4:37 “yeah well.. I did just lure hundreds of Spider people away from your little club house..” I just love that dialogue every time I hear it
  • @dbass9894
Best scene I’ve ever saw, as I love chase scenes. Miles: EVERYONE keeps telling me how my story is supposed to go. Nah… Imma do my own thing.
  • @hescul
2:01 "My names is Miles Morales, I was bitten by a radioactive spider, and I'm pretty sure you know the rest, jerk!" The music transition fits just right in.
  • @--Avi--
SPOILERS The hint of What's Up Danger when he says 'Who are you really?!' while Miles is considering the question. The same thing he asked himself in that iconic scene where he learned not to do it like Peter, but to do it like him. Then when he jumps off the freaking train and the glass breaks from his feet just like in that scene from the first one. UGHHHHHHHHHHHH
  • @Tokii_Toki
Notice how Miles’ expression went to a more confident look when he pulled Miguel closer as he was about to shock his suit. Bro DEF channel his inner Uncle Arron’s “Hey.” Vibe. THE SHOULDER TOUCH GUYS. REMEMBER THE SHOULDER TOUCH!
  • Absolutely adore the first movie parallel about how Miles was trying to figure out who he was and basically confirm his identity (as Spider-man - hence the ending of the comic book scene after the What’s Up Danger sequence) but in this scene he’s essentially running from that same (canon) storyline and trying to figure out a way to not have the comic ending
  • 2:00 - 3:07 - I love how it goes from the heroic and hopeful theme of Miles to being more frantic and overwhelmed by the looming bass of Miguel.
  • @brian76541
Can’t believe this score wasn’t Oscar nominated
  • @alan3428
This is some of the most killer superhero soundtracks of all time . Damn
