  • I am so lazy, I probably would have strip pieced the nine patches. Absolutely beautiful!
  • @rise2824
I love the way you explain what you are doing along the way. That especially helps new quilters like me.😂❤😊
  • @tinanelson4325
As a new quilter, I am always amazed on how many different looks you get by block placement. Very cute quilt.

Just love this quilt! You are a natural born teacher. Thanks so much for sharing.

I just found your channel and am so pleased! This little quilt is darling, and while I’ve been quilting for a long time, I have so benefited from getting to watch other people put quilts together. Thank you!!!
  • @ddean7869
Lovely quilt, but it seems you made yourself a lot more work than necessary...(by cutting your fabric into small squares then sewing) Try sewing two or 3 strips, cutting them, rearranging and sew!...It is a huge time saver. Love your channel!
  • It is always a delightful surprise to find someone going to one of my favorite quilt stores (Honeybee). Your voice is easy to listen to, and your instructions are great. Keep up the excellent work.
  • Thank you for sharing and being so generous. I have been quilting for 40 years and still need inspiration. I have a lot of scraps and even some squares cut that are the same colour that will work to make the quarter triangles. Best wishes from down under . Australia 🇦🇺
  • Just made and gifted this quilt a few months ago! Scrappy In whites and grays! Such a nice pattern!
  • @ConnieAcree

This is just beautiful! I LOVE the look of Square in a Square, but THIS way makes it SEW EASY! Nine patches are my absolute favorite, and I love them in these blue fabrics. (I think I would have strip quilted the nine patches.) I also love that the nine patches are not on point, but that it looks like an on-point quilt! I KNOW I'll be using this method many times in the future! So clever! Thank you, thank you for sharing! ❤

I’m going to try to do 24 in 24 but I’m going to work on WIPS like you guys are doing. Starting with Lady of the Flag. Have to get it done now that all of the Shepherds Bush Christmas Stockings are finished shipped and opened up. I think I have enough WIPS to do all 24. I would like to do a few new starts. I’m headed to Texas to see my granddaughters. When I get home I will finalize my plans. I’m hoping to get to hit a stitching store while there. Love to see you both.
