Thank you for the helpful and nonjudgmental presentation. I face several obstacles to proper dental care and the temporary kits are all I have to treat myself at all. The alternative is an open cavity with pain. It's easy for some to say "You've got to see someone!" With cash at hand, maybe they can walk in and receive the best care. For the rest of us, these kits are life savers. Thank you for guidance during difficult times!

Tip: don't use too much. I over filled my cavity and it caused pain. I removed some and it feels better

thank you so much for clarifying that it is indeed safe to use dental repair kits! my cavity filling came out last night during dinner and has been giving me discomfort, i called my dentist right away but they only have available appointments a month out so this is definitely a life saver!! i will be buying a pack so i can eat more comfortably

I like how direct and to the point this was. The other videos want to go off topic to much for me.

Thank you for your video! My filling of tooth #19 (next to tooth #20), was slightly loose and I scheduled a dentist appointment (new dental practice after the pandemic, and my old dentist retiring). Two days before my appointment, the filling came out during flossing, and the new dentist called in sick that week and on vacation the following. I was able to find a different dentist, however watching your video gave me peace of mind that if I did not find a good dentist within the same week, there was a back up plan. What also helped is that my tooth situation looked very similar to the example in your video. My tooth did not hurt after the filling fell out, and it was not sensitive to hot or cold. I cleaned the hole between the teeth, after every meal. I purchased Dentemp from the local CVS (CVS did not carry the 3M ESPE Cavit G, and it would have taken a week for Amazon to deliver). I did not end up using the Dentemp, as I was able to see a dentist within 3 days of the filling falling out, and got a new filling. But again, I had a back up plan and a peace of mind. Thank you.

Thank you so so much for this video. Lost a brand new filling tonight (Friday night, had it filled about a month ago, dentist opens Monday morning) and this video helped a lot!
  • @sabolou34
Thanks, my appointment is set for next week but my filling came out. You’re a good man sir!
  • @ladymalikah
Thank you! I've had stuff for a while but was always afraid to use it. Thank you for the tips and advice.
  • @dgonsoulin
Thank you! Always love good advice from health professionals. I imagine a cotton swab would work as well as a ball of cotton and tweezers. With my hand/eye coordination, a swab would be easier.
  • @icy_bird5540
Thank you I just lost my filling at 11 pm on a Friday and it’s about to be a long weekend
  • @nichmon3221
I found this video VERY helpful! Thank you!!! Three of my 30 something year old fillings are wearing out and causing me pain. I can't get in to see the better dentist for over six weeks!
  • @johnnyb4187
Thanks I'll try this! Also, Marathon Man is a great movie, and Larry O was great in it as the evil dentist.
  • @kemleshdesh7136
I ordered it from Amazon. My hubby will help me on this. Looks good. My filling is out and can't book an appointment as holidays around the corner 🙃
  • @violeman
One of my molars had a cavity then it busted away a good piece of my tooth a few months back. The center and one side is gone now & is barley above my gum line. I had no pain until about 3 weeks ago and now it is starting to get unbearable while trying to work. It will be a while before I will be able to get it fixed (because of everything going on), then stumbled across your video, while looking up some remedies to try and help. This will be a miracle if it helps & I am so blessed that you took the time for us, to explain how to use this.!! I hope it works!! Thank you very much, Sir. Greatly appreciated, especially if it helps for over this holiday season until I can get in and get it fixed.
  • i have tried that stuff before but i did not really do it properly. your video makes me realize why it did not work! thanks, great video
  • Every time I chew on my top molar the food seems to gets trapped in the cavity or something and my gums swell and it's painful. But it's a soreness kind of pain. Doesn't seem cavity related. I've had plenty of cavities and root canals and I've never experienced pain that only happens when I chew. So I just don't know what to think. But if I do in fact need a root canal, can I fill the cavity with dentek until I get it done or is that only for small cavities?
