    Unfortunately, what is being withheld from women is that most men aren't genetically compatible with the woman. There was a time where before you got married, you had to take a blood test. This made or broke a relationship. This is why pregnancies are so difficult. But, as long as women keep trying to push pregnancy(be fruitful and multiply doctrine). Unfortunately, there's gonna be more deaths. At least, with IVF, both parents go through extreme testing for the viability of both sperm and egg. Just wanted to pass on some food for thought.
