    charlotte resident here! that band this morning was HECTIC! flash flood warnings from about 8am til 8pm. so many outages around the city, but not a lot within the city. i hope everyone stayed safe and stays safe ❤
  • Mitch take a break you've got a minimum of 10 days to track this tropical wave. Spend some time with the family. We appreciate the information yet there's plenty of time.     I don't know this for fact, but heard that "likes" that occur later in the video hit the algorithm better and help the creator more. In not sure, but just food for thought. Comments also help more than likes.

    Bladen Fayetteville resident here many trees downed and a lot of flooded swamp rivers and roads. Not to mention the tornados where I have family in Nash and Sampson My heart goes out to the 16 yo s family who lost their son today in one of those tornado

    Mitch, the early forecast was a more than active hurricane season. Being optimistic, I thought “oh sure”. It looks like its going to pan out. We just started getting heavy rain and thunder and lightening in Charleston. I thought we had missed the storm until the surprise tonight!
