My former emo kid self is tearing up, I love seeing this! A POC band that plays the music i loved and was made fun of for loving when I was a kid. This is amazing to see and I hope this band has major success

At 19 and tearing up cause as a younger emo wanting to make music if my own, I was always so discouraged. Seeing another black woman in the industry and on her way up make me so happy! Definitely found some new favourites!

This literally makes me want to cry because growing up I remember thinking it was wrong to be black and love anything but rap 🙄🙄. My friend showed me this and I instantly got high school flashbacks 💜💜. Thank you for the representation of black women in rock

You can tell they're going to be absolutely fucking massive, the hooks are ridiculous, it's got riffs for DAYS and the frontwoman has such a unique energy.

I was an unashamed emo kid when I was in my teens and I decided to take a trip down memory lane with my old emo music...and then I came across your band. And I can't even begin to tell you how happy it makes me to see an all POC all girl band playing the music I got made fun of for liking.
