One note of caution: if you are not well-versed and grounded in the Word of God—the Bible—don’t yet venture into apocryphal books. They are very useful in filling in gaps and for historical information, but they have potential to lead people astray who are not already grounded in the Lord and in His Word. My late husband was a 'Grand Master', his dad and grandad were both on the Supreme Council, but because I was raised Atheist (even though I became Christian), I was not allowed to go to many of the meetings and ceremonies. Now that I have learned more, I think it was a divine blessing that they shunned me.
