You get to the heart of what metaphysics and Neville Goddard are all about... Thank you for your videos.
  • So happy you are back. I was waiting for you as a little child for his Christmas present. Thank you for your wisdom 💕🎁

This is fantastic. Thank you so much for sharing. It’s an answer to a way of being that I was asking God about.

Oh, how much I love your teaching, your voice, and your enthusiasm. You are so inspiring and I always smile while I am listening to you. I am eager to try this exercise and deepen my relationship with God. Thank you, Katherine, a 1000x.. â€đŸ™đŸ’•

I don't understand this exercise completely. When I'm at the part where I think of what I want to show in my 3D I try to get the feeling of what it would feel like without a mental picture (e.g.of the object, person)? Or what do you mean by not getting involved in shaping the picture. I always thought with Neville's techniques one should have imaginary pictures (e.g. the ladder exercise, imagining the person next to you when you go to sleep as Neville did to manifest the marriage to his second wife). I would highly appreciate an answer. Thanks in advance

As I look down into my body, am I actively guiding my vision? With my exercises I tend to control (narrate) things in anticipation of what's supposed to be experienced. How can I stop trying to make things happen?

I get to the sensation in my chest that excitement is building, but I'm not sure I could say a cool sensation afterwards. My experience is like and excited vibration and then it disapates almost like it never happened but relaxed at the same time. It's that wrong?

Dear Katherine, you mentioned in Part 1 that there are techniques for changing one's mood. What resources can you recommend that I can go to for these methods please?
