Chicken Lollipops

1. Cut the lower part of the chicken leg away from the bone and discard.

2. Cut the top of the chicken leg until it stands flat.

3. Wash the chicken leg.

4. Coat the chicken leg with your favorite seasoning: Do NOT use any salt.

5. Shake in flour. Then Spray the chicken leg with canola oil or olive oil.

6. Turn on the Ninja Foodie on Air Crisp for 5 minutes.

7. Place the chicken legs in the Ninja Foodie for 15 minutes. (DO NOT PLACE ALUMINUM FOIL ON THE LEGS UNTIL AFTER REMOVAL.

6. Use a thermostat after removal into the chicken leg and away from the bone. (Temp should be 160 degrees or higher).

Place aluminum foil on the exposed part of the chicken leg.

7. Enjoy and wow your guest!.
