Didn't mention the specific schedule, so it'll be a new video every Wednesday now, instead of the Tuesday and Thursday I was doing :)
  • @rezzvy
A good husband, a good father, and last but not least, the king of CSS—you’re the best, Kevin. Wishing you luck with whatever decision you make.
  • @bobmonsour
I have to say, Kevin…2 videos a week is even hard for us content consumers to keep up with. I think that one video a week from you will even fit my schedule better. Thanks for teaching us so very much over these years.
  • Two phrases spring to mind... 'Less Is More' and 'Quality Versus Quantity'. Your tutorials are a goldmine of information. As a Wordpress developer (sorry) ;) I have been able to enhance my development skills beyond my wildest imagination by watching your tutorials along with a very small nucleus of other dev content creators. I would not worry at all about scaling back a bit, your tutorials are invaluable regardless of how 'many a week, etc.

“I’m taking a break from my unsustainable self-imposed schedule” is my favourite genre of YouTube video Good for you!
  • @Gearyco
Content creation and course creation is lightyears more difficult than people realize. You're doing a great job, Kevin.
  • @thatanimeweirdo
I'm glad you're not switching to tailwind, as it makes your content more approachable for everyone and not just tailwind devs.
  • @yukiteru9099
Still awesome, better quality than quantity. Thank you as always Kevin!
  • @Danachew
Honestly Kevin any videos you put out are invaluable, so whatever schedule helps you stay productive without running yourself thin is 100% the way to go. And good luck with tackling the rest of the new course!
  • @Warface
Thank god it's not a tailwind change
  • @ariel.esquel
I know the bills need to be paid, but productivity is not everything. Remember to enjoy yourself a little. You are doing a great job and thaks for being there for us. Cheers!

We have a very wise Spanish saying: «Trabaja para vivir, no vivas para trabajar». 😜 I don't know how well it translates, but it goes something like this: "Work to live, don't live to work". Always thanks for your content.
  • @re.liable
Happy for you! I strongly request that you keep on making vanilla CSS content. I love Tailwind but I keep myself grounded in terms of CSS through you. So thankful for that. Also I mean this in a very positive way: May the algorithm be in your favor 🙏
  • @robbotube14
Whew! For a moment I thought you were going to announce you were ending the channel! Wishing you the best, and a sincere thank you for all the amazing CSS work, tutorials, advocacy. You've been an invaluable resource and I'm grateful.
  • Thank you, you helped me a lot. I'm sure I love CSS because of you, your enthusiasm is infectious. You made a good decision for a calm life.
  • @BrandonKBoswell
The fact you were creating two videos a week and a course is wild to me. I put out a video every two weeks, and that feels like a tight schedule. I'm glad to hear you are erring on the side of sustainability. There's no need to burn out.
  • @DavidFitzgibbon
Love everything about this. You're looking after yourself and your family, and respecting everyone on the way. Excited for you 🥳
  • Totally understand, been there (though not as a YT'er). Do what you need for you, we'll be here to support you. <3
  • @ajlebeau
Good for you! I appreciate anything that you have time to publish. I've learned so much from you, THANK YOU!
  • @mrchedda
Thanks Kevin! All your hard work is very much appreciated! Do what you need to do, sir! Family is everything!
