No way Daredevil is outrunning Black Panther. DD isn’t enhanced, he has enhanced senses with a peak athletic ability. Also no way Iron Man and War Machine are outflying Captain Marvel.

Black panther is seen in infinity war and endgame to run super fast, as fast or faster than captain America. He’s literally a super soldier, but even better because he’s already insanely fit to begin with. DD has 0 enhanced speed, huhhh

Hulk has super speed, his legs are as strong as his arms. It is rarely shown, but the fact that allows him to leap miles, allowed to once catch the whizzer. Loki is a god and is far faster than regular mortals. Black Widow may be in top shape but is a little less fast than Daredevil. Cap is as fast as a human can be without super speed or some aid, thus everyone you show is a normal, or even extreme athlete is slower than Cap.
