    I put this on while I was heating up beans. Then he said onions, so I added onions. Then he said nutritional yeast and mushrooms so in they went. He basically made my lunch recipe 😂 actually pretty good

    My dinner tonight: whole grain tortillas, rice, black beans, lentils, veggies ( sauteed zucchini, broccoli, spinach, onions, red pepper) and hummus.... Talk about eating healthy!!! Feeling so good and full of energy afterwards... I love it 🥰
  • I lived for many years in Greece & ate a Mediterranean diet, the Greek philosophy was "Eat what is in season". It took some getting used to not getting things all year round, but they are right. Nature is clever & gives us what we need in each season.

    My dear Grandma died 2 months to her 103 birthday(Several years ago) One of the most caring, selfless, and hardworking persons I've ever known. She was thin, and in good health all her life, thanks God! One of her daily foods was BEANS, but she also loved meat😊 and she enjoyed a few unhealthy foods once in a while😅. We are very blessed to have had her in our lives. We will always miss her.😢🙏❤️

    My Ukrainian grandmother, who lived all her life in the village and ate only the food from her garden and her farm and who went to the hospital only 4 times in her life to deliver 4 babies, died at the age of 97. Her favorite "winter salad" was onion salad: chopped fresh onions, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil. You could not eat it without a piece of bread, as it was very hot but delicious!
  • I’ll be 80 Nov 8, and eat beans nearly every day and my blood work I very good. I take no meds. Ever! I do the Blue Zone and now I will follow you also. By the way I look and feel like I’m in my 60’s

  • When I eat beans daily, my waist gets smaller - with NO exercise. I love beans.
  • I love beans! I love black beans. I started eating beans 4 times a week about a year ago. It took about 6 months for my body to learn to digest beans easily and well. Beans are amazing! They fill you up and you lose weight.

    I'm from Costa Rica, we basically eat beans 3 times a day from when we were born. I love variaty in food, and although I'm vegetarian, there's much I learn from these vegan videos. "You are what you eat" they say 💚
  • Beans is the core of my diet. Highly placed on my top foods. so complete. so filling, Muscular athletic and not hungry. WIn win win. And i bet they are healthy :)
