Phil being the one to make fun of Fundy just hurts in another way y'know? Phil basically doesn't really accept Fundy as "family" and it was talked about when Phil met Michael for the first time with Fundy, Ranboo, and Tubbo.

This is so incredible!! I think fundy's lore isnt talked enough about and this song fits him so well omg. I really like how much lore u could pack in in a single animatic, I really like the parts with Sally and schlatt! Also ur art style is so cute :D

OK I don't know if this is a weird interpretation of the scenes with Phil but since the lyrics always sort of matched up with the characters on screen I took it as Phil explaining away the others problems or caring for them despite/with their problems but then when it comes to Fundy he abandons him as soon as he is vulnerable or has flaws.

I see people talking about lore and not about how Fundy looks so Freaking adorable in this at some points

Watching this in lieu of the recent lore streams, and OH BOY I AM NOT OKAY ;-; HE JUST WANTED TO BE LOVED YOUR HONOR HE WANTED SOMEONE TO CARE sobs (And just putting this in because I love you for the bit with c!Phil. Because as much as I love c!Phil, I think this is the one thing I cannot stand by him for, excusing everyone else while letting his grandson linger too long on mistakes that weren't any worse than the others. On one hand, I GUESS they kinda reconciliated when they talked about Revivebur and that one stream where Phil actually did check up on him, but I dunno just still a little salty that he gave the fox boy wayyyyyy more shit than he deserved. Like c!Phil had his own issues, his son dying by his hand and all preceding events, but man I did not vibe with the old man for a bit for that. I dunno its complicated, I understand both of their perspectives, but in the end Phil had people he could go back to. But for Fundy, he had no one that cared enough.) When Fundy's mom left it reminded me of the movie "Song of the Sea".

This made me really think about Fundy's lore. For people who don't know, Funy's been lacking a parental figure for majority of his life. During the war for L'manburg, Wilbur prioritied a country over people, and Fundy grew to dislike his Father. His Mother, Sally, left him at a young age, so Fundy had to look after himself for majority of his upbringing. At the end, when he gets taken in by Quackity, I have mixed feelings. Quackity, as we know, is ruthless, he only cares about gambling, Las Nevadas, and revenge on those who've wronged him. According to the book Fundy signed, the second he does anything in betrayal of Las Nevadas, Quackity will kill him. Even if they are friends, the relationship is still built upon threats and business, and I really just want Fundy to find happiness in a place he belongs. Also, I'm not 100% sure if Fundy's confirmed he's trans ftm, I know he discussed it with Wilbur, but I'm not sure if anything was decided. For now, it's just a sweet, little headcanon that I really like! :) (If it's canon this song suits him so well, I remember crying to this song when I was 11)
