    For all those who complain that this races was at altitude: 994 meter is officially not even "at altitude" (that starts at >1000m). And on the 400 m hurdles for women the advantage of the thinner air is smaller, because the speed is lower, and the disadvantage of less oxygen is bigger because the race takes more time. All in all Bol will not have had more than 0.1 to 0.2 sec advantage. All those NR's and PB's on this track are in the 100m and 200m. In Femke's race NOBODY ran a PB and only one ran even an SB (Adekoya)

    She ran this at High Altitude. Everyone usually gets a PB or NR when they run at high altitude. She won’t be running that time on lower altitudes.
