I think him backing up here before the E even lands (on a pretty hard to tell skin) instead of going for the kill was his scripts forcing him back plus he auto paths around the E briefly before the player just clicks back to minion wave
He was 100% scripting
Yas is really hard to tell if its skill or cheats cause of wind wall blocking so much. If you wanna tell if they are you need to force them to use it, wait it out then throw stuff and see if they auto dodge it -

I will agree that he is cheating, but I'm still not 100% sure would be better if i could see him dodging some habilities, you just showed me his W that can be used like he did by a good player.
