After complications giving birth to Annie it is understandable that Ai does not know that Annie is her daughter, Ai has always been kind to Annie in a big sister way.

Annie had a hard beginning but thanks to her protective & wonderful Father, Shabani and her doting older Brother, Kiyomasa, Annie is now a confident, strong, kind hearted & a Beautiful Gorilla Girl who I feel will be a great Mother one day. Annie is very special and I hope she is matched with a sweet and playful Silverback & females one day. Gentaro, another 10 year-old gorilla, at the zoo in Kyoto was also hand reared like Annie. They are the same age and might make a wonderful couple. They are both very playful.
