For those who feel like they don't fit in most of the time.
ODDKIDS-Every now and then we shine. You might catch a glance of us if you're lucky. We probably wrote that groundbreaking book, or made that groundbreaking piece of art, or composed some groundbreaking music. We tend to leave quite the impression. Even when we’re not trying. Being scarce is a preference not a lifestyle. For us. Hidden in the crowd. Can’t be found on the map. The stranger we are the stronger we are. While we are shrouded in mystery it does have its repercussions. Sometimes it can be hard to reach out or even connect. On basic terms. Or on basic norms. Others like to celebrate. While we find a mundane logic or reason not to partake in the general norms of living. You can poke at us. We have soft spots. We call those weaknesses. If you don't fit in normally, or you can’t find your place, you're welcome to join me. We shine in our own darkness. The few who are unrequitedly loved by the universe. Cheers. From being beaten by the brutality of reality, to understanding our indifference to the status quo. Cheers. We don't want you quid pro quos. For us, hell is other people. Children of Sartre.
