Hi I want to thank you for helping me! I've suffered from insomnia and paralyzing nightmares for years the same one everytime I'm a survivor of severe domestic violence and sleep wasn't in my life back then since I left I have that same horrific dream and my doctor has tried everything to help me but nothing really works and a friend recommended a sleep story and I found you sir I was a skeptic for sure but the 1st time I heard your voice it was so soothing and calm , I listened and I heard up until the maybe 3 minutes about the hotel and I woke up the next morning!! Yes I was shocked but extremely happy and now I listen to you every night hoping I will eventually hear the whole story!! So sir I thank you from my heart for the help you have given me that you don't even know know! Thank you ,thank you, thank you for changing my life and finally being able to sleep in peace!!! ❤❤❤❤❤

Hi Stephen, thank you so much from China. I have been suffering from insomnia for twenty years. i have never slept over four hours. I was always terrified of waking up at midnight and finding myself wide awake. Since I came across your channel a few days ago, I found that your voice put me back to sleep like magic. I am no longer afraid of waking up because I know I have you. Even if I can't sleep I enjoy your stories and your voice. But you always put me back to sleep. Muchos gracias!❤
  • It's you, you're Mr. Slumber. You're voice is a warm baritone that can calm anyone and anything. A lot of people are trained or have studied the art of relaxation but you have completely mastered it. ❤ I know your wife must be so proud of you. Speaking of your wife, can you tell us about some adventure you two have been on that was special to you? I love to hear the adventurers of an Irish man and I loved the one you told about you taking your wife on a date to an island there. Thank you so much. ❤

Stephen, your sleep stories are ideal for me. They work to help me sleep in the first instance and return to sleep in the second. There is something reassuring in being reminded I am safe, I can let go and for some reason I react really well to your power of suggestion. Keep them coming please. You and your stories are incredibly helpful and beneficial. Kind regards ✨

Hello to the community , sleep tight and Hugs ❤
  • Hi Stephen - I woke up at 4:30 a.m. with a horrific migraine. I took medicine and laid down with an ice pack and turned on this video. I don’t know if you have migraines or know anyone who does, but the pain is very intense and every minute drags whilst you’re waiting for the pain to subside. Your video gave me something to focus on while waiting for medicine to do its job. I’m forever in your debt for providing a relaxing distraction. The video helped immensely. Anything that provides some measure of relief when experiencing debilitating pain is invaluable. You have my utmost gratitude. Thank you.

Solid gold! I am suffering from major insomnia and this allowed me to fall asleep for hours. I woke up with my phone still in my hand wondering what the heck happened? Thank you!
  • I love all of your sleep stories, Stephen, but this is one of my ABSOLUTE favorites! I have listened to it 4 times, and every time I listen, I can picture myself in this cozy hotel, in the pool, getting a massage and then climbing into the most glorious, comfy bed. It is the perfect sleep story

Thank you! I love your relaxation exercise and I love this story - I can’t wait to visit this hotel again. Maybe sip some chamomile tea, enjoy the scent of baking cinnamon rolls, feel the smooth fresh sheets/quilts, the cool breeze drifting through the window, the sight of stars or moonlight between the clouds! ❤
  • Hey you. Yes you. random person that I will never meet. I truly hope that you will find happiness in life. Today is going to be a great day
  • I love your voice and your stories. Thank you for making the world a better place. 🙏🏽

HI Stephen, night shift nurse from Aust, tinnitus sufferer here, have listened to many videos to sleep too hard to sleep in silence. You are one of the best. Especially love a night in Paris. Could you do one on a night shift nurse in a hospital, on her break or when its quiet, not that it happens very often, l have many suggestions. Most of all thanks.
