  • I was a music student back then majoring in composition. i tried to figure out the structure of Raga music but in the end i always feel enchanted and I didn't mind losing into the music itself, I don't have the urge to analyse it anymore. Just listen and enjoy the magic
  • I wish you all my brothers and sisters a pacefull day. Life smiles

The distribution of energy over a one hour´s time-space is stunning.
  • Great piece of Indian Classical Music. Sitar and Tabla is such a great combination. This kind of music brings me closer to God. Culturally I am far away. I am a Cuban writing from Havana, but I feel very connected. God bless us all fellow brothers.

In total I spent 3 years of my life in India and could not have been happier, doing portraits on Connaught Place for a year and the rest was travelling, on the sound of music and melodious songs. What has survived is the combination of tabla and sitar, so Indian and so universal. Raga Suhakanara for ever. Thanks

I was listening to this at home on the couch, and by the end of the album I had somehow made a lentil curry..! In all my born days, I have never cooked a curry, but blin it was good..! Where did those lentils even come from..?

better than many of the very famous ragas, there is no sentimentality here, this goes straight to music and above, I love that to bits, straight to questioning

    Spectacular, mesmerising performance
  • And after slightly over twenty minutes, the drums kicked in. Pretty heady stuff, this is.
  • Grazie, è Musica Viva, che stimola riflessioni inaspettate e lascia affiorare sensazioni sopite!
