Ive noticed people just don't know how to actually rate things with comments. I was going through some Company ratings on a website where you can find jobs and one review was basically just negative 100. He said he was 2 minutes late on his first day and got scolded for 10 minutes, didn't get any help from co-workers, did not get proper explanations from the boss, got assaulted by a customer on his second day and decided to quit that day. He quit after 2 days because of how bad it was there. He gave it a 4 star rating.
