When anybody gets shares of the company compared to salary, they still need to pay the tax on it, right? For the stock options, when you make a decision to purchase shares, that time you'll pay the tax on the discount that you got.

Even if you use debtgo buy a car or house,you still have sales tax on top of the loan and the loan's interest. How do you pay that off without a salary?
