COVID CORONAVIRUS MONITORING SPREADSHEET:
As discussed in the video to help with my recovery I made a spreadsheet which I used to check my vital stats. Using this spreadsheet helped me so much, and now I want to share it with you guys so that it can be a helpful recovery tool for others.

docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1dxkXeGsQxFoR1zBPzv…

Feel free to download it, have a look through, and I’ll be going through each section of it with you step by step, so that if you test positive, at least you can take the stress out of not knowing what to do. You’ll be prepared and can stay calm and collected.

i honestly hate covid.. 3 years we avoided it. 3 years!! then my brother goes out with no masks and goes in busy places. i’m 14 years old and i’m only on day 2 and i honestly it’s almost impossible to go through with it. i’ve been homeschooled for the 3 years and that was to just avoid it as much as possible. i’ve got a ridiculously dry and sore throat with red tonsils, get dizzy and headaches when i stand up, no energy, migraines, constant chest feeling, can’t breathe deep without coughing, can’t talk without sand paper feeling and breath, brain fog, 36.8 temperature and a high heart rate. i’m fed up on day 2. i just wish people would care for eachother and take precautions…

I was really sick with Covid for three weeks this October. I do not take any medication so I asked my doctor to order me in-home oxygen, i ordered pulse ox, I drank a lot of fluids, and took other natural supplements. I think the best thing I did was get the in-home oxygen. It really helped me I’m 68 years old and was very very ill with Covid. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. I just started driving my car this past week. Thank you for the information.

Managed to dodge Covid for 2 1/2 years. I am fully vaccinated and have 2 boosters. Covid started 6 days ago with a bout of nausea/vomiting 🤢 Sore ribs, extreme fatigue, headache, light headed, sinus congestion, but no fever at all. I took Mucinex every 4 hours which helped alot. Eating and drinking healthy foods and getting lots of sleep. UPDATE: I hope everyone who responded in the comments is on the mend from Covid. It took some time but I recovered without going to the hospital. 🙏 Stay safe and take care of yourselves !

Never had a worse headache than this covid headache
  • @jiaxiong8991
This is the second time I’ve caught Covid. I’m fully vaccinated and boosted too. It’s just mild covid the second time. I started with haziness and sore throat, then a little dry cough and runny nose. No fever whatsoever. I’ve been drinking hot green tea with Lemon and honey constantly. Drinking water too! During the day my condition is normal like I’ve gotten better. Night time I always have stuffy nose and congestion, dry cough. I’m fighting this as best I can trust me. Covid sucks!
  • I rarely comment on videos, but I really wanted to let you know how thankful I am that you put this out. I have Covid-19 right now and couldn’t find a comprehensive informative until I came across yours. Especially during a time when your feeling under the weather, this guide is extremely helpful and it’s so kind of you to put that much care in creating it. You are helping a lot of people and should be very proud of yourself. Thank you so much!
  • The hardest part of COVID for me is being in isolation from my wife and 6 year-old. So far my symptoms are mild but my heart is breaking for their touch.
  • @sallyu1
I was on week 5 of recovering from double pneumonia and was starting to improve and go for little walks, then I suddenly started feeling worse than ever and lost my appetite. I talked to the GP on the phone and she asked me to go to the surgery to listen to my chest. I was then sent to a&e and was kept in overnight for fluids and to monitor my low blood pressure. They tested me for COVID and I was positive. I'm home now and now know that my husband has tested positive too although he doesn't have symptoms. The hardest thing is the loss of appetite as I have already lost 3kg with the pneumonia. The video was very helpful, thanks
  • THIS IS THE BEST! He covers all the basics and how to know WHEN to seek medical attention. Love the idea of using the spreadsheet to track times you take your temp/BP/medications and what the readings were. That is something the doctor will want to see as it plots your progress. Excellent job on this Video!
  • @sammie4695
I came down with Covid 2 weeks ago & it was terrible. The fatigue was off the charts. I have had 3 Covid shots & I wonder if I had not had the shots I probably would have died. Anyway, just wanted to leave a tip about if you are having trouble eating, I had a bag of banana popsicles in the freezer & eating & sucking on these popcicles was a life saver. It was the only food I could tolerate and they were very refreshing & helped alot with nausea also. I'm going to keep popcicles on hand they help so well. I had a 103.4 temperature & they also cooled me down. Hope that helps someone

I am a retired nurse practitioner in the US. I have despaired watching our government give out useless information on how to cope with Covid outpatient. Basically stay away from people until you turn blue, then report to the hospital so we can slap you on a ventilator to finish you off. This video is no nonsense and very practical. It starts off with reassuring the listener and giving us step by step guidance and the thumbnails allow us to skip to an area of concern. Thank you Doctor, You are in my prayers.
  • @finacole8744
I had 2 vaccines and 2 boosters and still got COVID I was able to avoid it for almost 2yrs, turned positive 3 days ago, exactly 3 days after I had my 2nd booster😭😭
  • @mrsang4802
Thank you! I needed to hear a medical professional tell me that we are treating our symptoms as best we can at home and when to seek help. You also helped my family realize that certain steps are necessary . 🙏🏽☺️
  • @Tiznado
After 3 years, I finally got covid 19. It was a good run while it lasted 😤💪🏻
  • Thank you for your thoughtful work and the spread sheet. Just got a positive test result and was grateful for your insight and look forward to following your recommendations and a full recovery in God’s care and timing. May you be protected and blessed as you take care of your patients.
  • Recovering from Covid pneumonia!!! Was hospitalized for a week!!! Spread sheet sounds helpful!!!!
  • My partner tested positive today. I immediately gave your spreadsheet along with an oxymater and a thermometer to my partner. I prepared everything from vitamin D to oxymeter in advance just in case we got Covid, but your advice becomes even more valuable when the reality of Covid hit my family. My oxygen level is 99%, but my partner got 95%. It is very reassuring for caregivers to know the threshold when we need to go to a hospital. This video is not only helpful for a patient, but also caregivers. Thank you for your great advice!
  • @jenniferk7888
Your video is pragmatic, Abraham, Thank you! Monitoring and recording my vitals and other essential details at regular intervals, like a practitioner would do, and looking for" trends" helped me recognize my progress objectively. You placed me in the right frame of mind to handle my own at-home Covid recovery "journey" calmly. As I saw improvement, I became hopeful. Knowing the numbers of concern for BP, O2, pulse, temp., are in essence, truly vital. You taught me when to check again... "an hour later", and provided me much more invaluable info., and you definitely "took the stress out of not knowing what to do" at home. I am a double vaccinated, boosted retired teacher, here in the USA, aged 61, and on the road to recovery. Thank you again!
  • @andreariegler
I got the digestive symptoms. No respiratory symptoms, lost smell and taste. Fever 2 days. Still weak but improving daily. Will never blow off digestive symptoms again. No joke
