Whilst in Barcelona this week for what remained of MWC2020 I was able to go to the Huawei event to see the Launch of the Mate Xs, MatePad Pro 5G, the refreshed Laptops as well as their new 5G CPE Pro 2 device.

After the very limited release of the original Mate X last year, Huawei is back with what I'm calling the Gen 1.5 phone, not enough has changed to make it a full second gen, but this is a device that has picked up some iterative yearly changes as well as some tweaks from something that had been on the market for a year.
