kirk was honestly just stuck between james and lars fighting. in the documentary “some kind of monster” i dont know if anyone else noticed but there was a clip where he was actually tearing up while they were arguing

I seriously felt soooo bad for Kirk. I know first hand what it’s like to be in the middle when ya two besties be arguing or fighting. You’re like “do I mind ma business, do I get involved.” As much as James and Lars were struggling and battling, Kirk was struggling two. And the other two didn’t put mind into it because you know, they into they own pettiness and that’s the truth. And so glad they were able to speak up and be more open. I will say this, I’m glad Lars began to catch on to the Therapist they had. He began defending James and his decision making. That was the break through they needed. Realizing no matter what, they ALL got each other’s backs.
