I'd have to see the furniture count in the house to guess how many bucks went into it. Some guidelines I've been trading by today: If the house is empty, it is only worth a no pot leg, max. Some cheap houses are barely worth an ultra rare. If they have 30 pet/vehicle stands, then that is 20,000+ bucks worth of stands. If they have high end expensive statues/lights/furniture, you can tell how much money they spent. If they have novel builds that took imagination and time and bucks, that is pretty obvious too. If their house has 3000+ items of furniture, simple math says they probably sunk more than 200,000 bucks into the house (unless it is all junk, but who spends hours placing 3000+ pieces of junk?). So a house can be as cheap as a rare (for an empty starter home). Or as expensive as a Mega Shadow Dragon... really depends on effort.
