The only times I would (if I had one) use my billionaire friend to do something is with laws, mainly so they can change the IRS to tell us how much money we owe, and not go to federal prison because of a miscalculation

I like the way you represented it as seconds. I used to look at $1 billion as someone being able to spend $50k everyday for over 54 years.
