I know 100 kids may not seem like a lot to some, but to those 100 and their families this is everything. The surgery to get this fixed isn't cheap and it's not just due to insane hospital bills, it's a difficult surgery with multiple procedures going into it that requires a lot of surgical expertise. It's why they said the one child's surgery would literally take all day. I have heard of some of these surgeries lasting 16 hours. That is a very long, very intense, surgery. And then there is the return visits during recovery and, of course, the speech and vocal therapy they provided on top. Wouldn't be surprised if just helping those 100 kids was costing in the millions. And it is far better to help then do absolutely nothing. HE can't fix all the problems of the world, but I appreciate that Jimmy has dedicated his life to use his success to do good where-ever he can.
