Mathew Evans wants you to get curious about soil, and just how important it is for future generations.

This talk looks at why we must keep soil at the top of mind, not just under our feet.
Matthew Evans is a Tasmanian food writer, television broadcaster and chef who lives and works on Fat Pig Farm, a soil-to-stomach regenerative farm and restaurant. He’s been the host of six series of Gourmet Farmer and two documentaries on SBS TV. Matthew is the author of over a dozen books on food, including the On Eating Meat, and author of SOIL, the incredible story of what keeps the Earth, and us, healthy.     Great talk, Vacay and ergothionine, life givers, and no one talks about it .his talk needs wide recognition, in a generation hw will be seen as a sage.
