Even by today's standards... the Diablo is STILL one of the best looking exotics.

I can always tell when Leno likes something. He will repeated it at least 3 times within an episode. And I can tell he really appreciates Franco. Well done, what a great tribute to a fine car and his mechanic.
  • @FastNBulbous
“Well it’s definitely easier to get into than a Countach.” folds himself in half and collapses into cockpit
  • @xtraflo
I love the Diablo. No matter what the angle of the camera, there's no bad picture of that car..
  • @goldpony
I did a project in Elementary school on the Diablo VT. Went to a dealership to do a little research...They let me sit in a Red & Yellow one. One of my favorite childhood memories.
  • @Ghostofenzo
“Has more leg room than my countach.” “It drives a lot better than my Carrea GT.” Rich people problems! Haha
  • That's great he gave a shout out to Franco's garage. Such humble people, truly professionals.

I find it hard to believe some people actually disliked this video! The Countach and Diablo were poster Lambo's in my generation and this car is just SO gorgeous! That Alpine CD player was from the 2000's, not as "classic" as the car, but still cool they kept it Alpine. Great video, Jay, just let me know if you need another driver to help you test out these cars... ha ha

You can tell that Franco does good work just judging by the amount of pride he shows when Jay's talking about his ride. Seems like an awesome gent.

I Like how Jay not only shows the vehicles respect but also the owners of the vehicles he drives. He talks to them not at them.
  • It just makes you feel good to watch Jay Leno, especially in this one where he features Franco Barbuscia and his family, who are some of the greatest mechanics in the world, especially with Lamborghinis. Jay is passionate and deeply knowledgeable about cars and his enthusiasm comes through all of his videos, which just make them a joy to watch.
  • One of the most beautiful cars ever made

the diablo was my favorite car growin up. When I was hella young I used to roll with my mom to the grocery store just so i could get the new dupont registry and look at these

I've always preferred the simpler, smooth, rounded look of the Diablo over the current Aventador. The Diablo is timeless. That's why a Diablo from the early 1990s still looks modern. The Aventador, with it's creases and angles might look nice today but may look dated in a few years.

I love the father/son team. I kept getting the vibe of the son's knowledge is from years and year working with his father. Great guys!

My favorite car of all time, I was dreaming about it when was a kid.
  • @FATBOY2222
One of the sexiest cars ever made & the sound is amazing
