  • Soccer is by far the most popular sport in the world, enough said
  • If you have never gone to a hockey game you have not seen a real hockey game….tv does not do it justice

I played street hockey when I was a kid in St. Louis. I could play with a ball or a puck and a stick. If you have a pair of inline skates, you can get a lot of the same effect as ice skates. o

While I prefer hockey to soccer, watching a top-level player dribble a ball through a flock of defenders is a beautiful thing. Sometimes I pull up a Messi video just to see him do it. He's incredible. o

I live the best of both worlds, I follow soccer and hockey! 😊
  • Panthers fan here. I was just thinking about this the other day. Hockey in my opinion is footy on ice rules (offside rule), formations, passing, skill, etc i.e. Panthers puck pressure is relentless same as City. Please for all that is holly DO NOT Introduce Pep Guadiola to hockey
  • Maybe it’s cause where I Live, I don’t know anyone that actually watches Hockey, I’m from Los Angeles when the kings won, no one cared, Hockey is regional sport, Soccer is global

hockey no question. However....soccer would be soooooo much better if they had 1-2 less players on the field and changed some of their OT rules. Soccer has too many players that hampers the play. It be like if hockey and basketball had 2 extra players on the court/floor; how annoying would that be? But hockey all day.

I like all sports. Yes, some are more exciting than others, but I love sports because of the competition, emotion, and tribalism they evoke. Humans have an innate desire to dominate others. Sports are like war without casualties.

Center out to wing, hold, wing back to center, hold, wing back to center hold, hold, hold! Boring no thanks. Also whats up with ties?
  • @cooleydbt
Without a doubt it is Hockey! I cruise through the channels and see soccer it Is an automatic skip. Hate rhe snobbery of soccer, pitch, 11. Just say diets and roster

Bring in a football (soccer) expert for these discussions. This sport has it all. Skills, tactics, mental toughness, IQ, athleticism, drama, storylines, intensity, genius-level players and many other strong points. The MLS is a medium level league so you won’t see the greatness on display at the top level in Europe and South America to a lesser extent.

This is reaching and not well-thought out. you can watch eveything but MLB or cricket and know immedaitly whats happening. NBa isnt difficult or hidden- you even travel and double dribble since they dont call it! NFL is so slow it requires retelling the rules all throughout the gameplay. So much downtime.

Would you rather be tough or flop like a drama queen
