Nice to see this. Just for those watching, though he does do this, make sure when you get to the end you tear off the tape near the top side of your fingers, not on the underside of your finger as when you grip, the tape will start to peel off. Great demo though!

My fingers used to hurt until I learned not to grab so hard all the time. I grip when I need to and not when I don't, which Is most of the time.

FYI don’t use tape unless you really have too. Once the finger pain dissipates and the tendons heal your grip will be more stronger once you train without tape. Couple people at my gym tape very finger and can’t deal with everyday tasks lol

What’s that tapenique you’re trying to choke out your fingers with?
  • @amorestperpe
Your finger probably hurt because you taped them so tight their already turning purple 😂🤣😂🤣 but srly, I'm going to have to try that later. How do you get your tape so thin?

The shipping cost more than the tape! Like waaay more.

When I hit golf balls on my right hand feels like my middle two fingers get dislocated I will try this...

How about stop relying on grips and figure out your technique better. Grips are nice, but if you have to hold them just to survive, you are doing it wrong. Just a thought.
