One of the best things about Clark is that she never speaks badly of anyone else. She never takes the bait -- she turns the other cheek and even praises others who are critical of her. What a great example for others to follow.

Caitlin is such a class act, wnba talks white noise - she just doesn’t care. She still plays like a superstar ❤
  • casual fans wont watch anything that excludes cc. the league is destroying this golden opportunity
  • Let's face it, the WNBA and opposing teams tried to crush Caitlin and make her and her fans disappear. They scheduled the Fever 11 games in 21 days against the best teams in the league. They hazed her, roughed her up, guarded her harder than any other players, blitzed and double teamed her more than twice as much as any other player, downplayed her in the media while propping up Reese, etc. She fought through all of that and emerged from the other side as the best point guard in the league, breaking records every time she steps on the court. She's fatigued from playing for 10 straight months, but after the Olympic break and some rest for those legs, she's going to be hitting those 3's again and lighting it up!
  • They believe that Caitlin Clark is receiving an abundance of attention solely because the media has "elevated" her to superstar status. So they are now attempting to "elevate" other players to achieve the same level of recognition and popularity as Clark. What they fail to grasp is that Clark's popularity is not manufactured by the media. Clark is celebrated for her unique basketball style and her personality. Media coverage of Clark is a reaction to public interest, not the cause of it. Eventually, they will understand that this "diminish Clark to uplift others" strategy is flawed. The media thrives on clicks and views, and once it becomes evident that Clark is the main attraction and that WNBA superstars cannot be fabricated through media coverage alone, this approach will stop.
  • All of Caitlin all star jerseys were sold in 17 minutes..every size! She makes the WNBA marketable.. This brings the shine to others and their own unique skills.. Please let that light shine and realize she is illuminating the whole league.. Nobody would even be talking about the WNBA all star game if she wasnt in the league..
  • @fett_420
Her jersey sold out in minutes, they don't plan to restock it, that's all the proof you needed.
  • I’m a business owner, if I had someone come in and take over bring in more people and $ do my job as good or better than me I would sign them up in a heartbeat. I would easily step back a bit and ride the wave.
  • The pettiness of some of these players is astounding. Mainstream America didn't watch the WNBA till CC showed up. Nobody even heard of some of these "superstars"! Caitlin is bringing eyes to the game and now she's bringing the cash. The players need to shut up and play ball and realize that "a rising tide lifts all boats" shut up and play ball...let your game speak for itself because NOW...people are watching and it's because of Caitlin Clark!
  • Why doesn't Clark's Fever team, and especially Coach Christie Sides, have her back? They should be furious that Caitlyn Clark was not chosen to be on the Olympic Team. They should be incensened that CC was not invited to the ALL STAR team! She is the reason the WNBA is even in the news, and making money for the first time in years!! Shame on you Indiana Fever! Shame on you Coach Sides

Let's remember that CC is a Marketing Major. She knows what her name brings to the table. She is also aware of the mistreatment the WNBA is doing to her. What better way to show strength than to not conform to the WNBA's needs. The WNBA wants it both ways, 'help us bring in money, but we want to still downplay your importance.'
  • @hosehead3179
She got 19 assists that would be the equivalent of 30 in the NBA where players can hit layups and catch passes
  • @Jolts30
WNBA reminds me of a bridezilla who gets mad at another woman at her wedding for "outstaging" them so they ban them from showing up...
  • "You have to pay your dues Caitlin." "Ok, just let me finish paying all the bills first."
  • WNBA better watch out. I'm sure any other country would happily pay her what she wants!
  • Maybe they should’ve told the media companies when they were negotiating TV rights that they were not going to make CC the face of the league and they didn’t want to advertise her or promote her record-breaking performances.

"WNBA Veterans" afraid of suffering from 'broken ankles', courtesy of Caitlin Clark 🏀 🇺🇲‼️ 👸🏻🏀👸🏻
  • @nancy9891
The WNBA wants the veterans to get the glory and they are snubbing her. Diana Taurasi and so many others have been worshiped. They don’t even want to talk about her accomplishments since she joined the WNBA. I never realized the veterans were so selfish and so racist. Sad. This reminds me about how everyone talks about bb superstars but rarely mention Jordan. He’s untouchable and perhaps she will be too because her abilities are so amazing.
  • since lia Thomas isn't allowed in the Olympics when are they going to test Griner to proove he's a female
