Empaths are gifts to society, and their importance can't just get overemphasized. They play vital roles in the lives of every other person around them. Empaths are paragons of selflessness and caregivers.

Many people in the society perceive empaths to be abnormal people, or weirds regardless of the vibes and positive impacts they bring in the nation. Their abilities to; Read people's emotions, take on the energies of others, heal from tough situations, and a lot of others makes people think they are eccentric and even possessed by some spiritual beings.

Some people who feel they are empaths find it challenging to accept and to fit in because they don't want others to think they are weird. However, it takes someone who understands the personality of an empath to appreciate him or her.

Empaths easily spot their kinds because they are on the same train and line of feeling. Even without a fellow empath act, Empaths can spot out one of their types. In this video, let me share with you some weird things that empaths do that just authentic/genuine empaths will understand.

And despite we have a high level of intuition, we still are fooled by narcissists :(

I choked when he said "they attract broken people". This statement alone has been the story of my life.
  • I watched this through tears. I was born an empath❤also survived severe child abuse & neglect. Im an introvert & its so nice to see so many beautiful souls here that stand with me even though I feel alone.God Bless those that help others. Were all one & connected. I always tell my kids whom are empaths too.. I rather be a good person that gets hurt..rather than a bad human that hurts good people. Never let the darkness dim your light❤ life is so beautiful

A quote from the movie 'The green mile' really stands out today. "Mostly I'm tired of people being ugly to each other. I'm tired of all the pain I feel and hear in the world everyday. There's too much of it. It's like pieces of glass in my head all the time."

As an empath I find it difficult sometimes to find genuine real friends because you can feel when some friends don’t support you, envy you or don’t want the best for you. And then you cut them off and feel sad but we also find the realest of friends too
  • This may sound terrible and it was heartbreaking to see the suffering and deaths during the pandemic. But the lock downs and social distancing were nice for me. I no longer seemed strange to my neighbors, just very socially minded, considerate and adaptable. No one made any comments about me not going out to social events or infrequently leaving my home. I loved that people had to keep their distance, although I missed hugs from close family and friends.

Learning how to create and enforce boundaries was a tough one for me. Once I was able to master that I felt like a weight had been lifted off my back

One frustrating thing about being a EMPATH out of many, is when you’re carrying someone else’s baggage and seem to care more about it then they do.....🤪
  • @benben2979
Broken people come to me. When they're fixed they'll leave
  • As an empath, it took a lot to care for me and learn that it is self-preservation not selfishness. I had to learn how to put up shielding. One of the dangers we all face as empaths is losing one's sense of self. Please my empathic brethren let us remember that self-love and not just physical health but our mental state and mental health. self-care and setting boundaries are important to our well-being.

This is so incredibly accurate. It’s like you drew this knowledge straight from my own soul. From attracting broken people to the reasons why we love animals so much. I’ve always said “animals are who they are. They don’t try to be anything other than themselves.” Nature and animals are completely free. And that freedom is something I’ve always longed to have around me.
  • @forwerd4ever
This made me laugh when he said the connection with animals. I'm embarrassed to admit, but when I go to people's homes, I would rather talk with and pet their animals lol Animals are just amazing, beautiful souls 💖
  • @jzult4095
I've noticed that people see me as a human confessional booth. Strangers will just tell me their life stories for no reason.
  • @dannomusic47
    1. overwhelmed by crowds 2. mindful of place or residence 3. you take on people’s energies 4. high level of intuition 5. you ignore your problems 6. you attract broken people 7. you have a deep connection with animals and nature
  • @Insomni_maniac
The part about animals is very true, and it's not only that we like animals, but animals tend to like to bond and form connections with us too. Sometimes I feel like a "Disney princess" because even wild animals are chill with me. When I catch small critters like snakes and frogs, they struggle at first, but quickly calm down and snuggle close for some warmth once they realize I'm being super gentle with them and not trying to eat them.
  • The animals are attracted to us and seem to find us wherever we go.
  • @Johnnyiswhere
Empaths often develop crippling anxiety that can come out of nowhere. We feel so much and receive so much uncontrolled energy, that it becomes overwhelming and scary. I thought I was alone...
  • @mariacolon3492
I always felt weird my entire life. As I got I started researching the gifts I’ve been given. It’s so true about attracting broken people.
  • @charlieoscar2339
Just like every other person here, the list was a glimpse into my life. I was shocked at the way everything related to my life. I’ve always been the outsider or the nerd or whatever it is called. I prefer quiet, calm, and time with my cats yet, I find myself being the one that everyone needs to help them.
