  • Feels like a Patrick Bateman voiceover for Harvard physics dude

Feels like a Netflix series. You're a wonderful story teller. Keep doing.

This made me emotional, lol. It’s nice to see someone appreciate the little things in life for once. We all live in a world that moves too fast. I can’t remember the last time I walked slowly and looked my surroundings in great detail, especially on my way to class.

I am a student and employee at Harvard Law School who has been enjoying your videos for some time. I always keep an eye out for you as I stroll through campus. Quantum Boy, I will find you one day!

I was intrigued by the title but I stayed for the narration. The atmosphere you create with your videos and the way you mix narration and videos back to back, not solely narrating each scene nor simply using video material as a background for your narration, feels almost poetic in its simplicity and honesty and sounds like listening to an audio book of a modern classic. I was thinking "Bright Lights, Big City" or any novel like it which throws you directly into the author's world and provides coherent narration with a few spontaneous thoughts thrown in from time to time. Great content. I feel you'll succeed at whatever it is you put your mind to.

Now let's see Paul Allen's full day as a harvard physics student

this man spoke the same way my mind tells me things. for instance, i love to appreciate the simple things in life, and thinking about the most random but deep thoughts that come to mind and it’s endearing to see someone have that same mentality and share their daily life with that type of commentary.
  • Your videos have such an incredible vibe. I genuinely feel motivated to study and fulfil my dreams when I see the content that you put up. The story telling style is amazing. Love this channel <3
  • Oh my -this is so cinematic and, that last frame! It's genius. Good luck for your academics!
  • @pranavmeno
I don't know if it's the cadence you speak with, or the Hemingway-esque character of your sentences, but there's genuine literary merit in your videos that's rare on YouTube. They're like a Satie composition or a haiku given a narrative twist. I really enjoy them!
  • The first time I saw your videos, I was fascinated by your narratives. I can see that all you have said have come out of long hours of thought and your humble attitudes and perceptions of your work, life, and people. I felt like an alien in the U.S when I did a Ph.D. in history. Your journey reminds me of my Ph.D. life. I enjoy your videos so much and appreciate you. You are already a great writer, poet, and director and will soon be a children's book author! My first time ever leaving a comment on youtube, but I want to say something. Thank you from South Korea!
  • @ErikNa
Binge watched all your videos lately and really loved them. It's nice to see what one can accomplish when he keeps working towards a goal. The change in perspective really helped me to find a median in my expectations from life. Thanks and greetings from Germany

thank you for creating this. This felt nothing like a normal "Day in the Life" video that I was expecting. I felt as though I was a quiet spectator to your thoughts. You managed to tell us all we need to know about you in a way that felt genuine, like we were discovering more about why your day unfolded that way it did. I hope to purchase your children's book for my future child one day.
  • besides how artfully constructed and executed your video is, if for whatever reason physics doesn’t work out for you i think you’ve got a calling as an audiobook reader. your voice is the most pleasant, relaxing thing i’ve ever heard. phenomenal video!
  • I teared up a little watching this. I love how you explained every moment in your day with detail, like a novel. I feel like in college, a lot of people get busy and don’t take the time to just feel but constantly be on their feet and do, do, do. But you didn’t just go through your day but fully experienced it, and brought us along with you. You didn’t even need to constantly speak over the video, I just experienced whatever you did. You made every little thing seem special and appreciated. You also captured some amazing shots of Harvard and Harvard Square! Widener Library seems likes a dream. Keep inspiring! And hopefully, you can create that children’s book you’ve always wanted to. 📚🍂

This is so simple yet so heart-touching. I don't know if it's the way you tell stories or just how beautiful life is in its simplicity. I started dropping tears when you started talking about the oak tree. I think you, my friend, have a gift. I think that when 22 from "Soul" came down to earth to be born, it became you. Thank you for this 9-minute journey. It was delightful.

It's interesting how he made an autobiography without actually showing his face. He describes his life in such a familiar way to the point where it feels like you already know what it looks like.Good contrast mate wish more stuff like this was used in movies.

This video is calming. The key and the tempo of the piano really carry the feeling. A lot of solitude and the dry/deep narration gives it a sentimental value to it. The almost nostalgic or meloncholy undertone is fascinating. A lot of personal commentary making it feel as if we get to see the interworkings of you.
  • @Dafty2k
This is seriously pretty amazing. It sets you into a very clam and motivated mood. Big thanks my guy
