ただ格好のいい漢字を書き並べて左右のバランスも考えてもっと書き足したい気持ちも出てきて止まらなくなってなんだか最終的にまとまらなくなってきたのでしんにょうで括ってしまえ と読みます

This character is likely used for some Chinese talisman. No actual meaning but the placement of each component is to formulate the message to the gods to seek help and guidance. 道教符咒

to me its like a "landscape draw in letter" for me, dragon and phoenix flying up in clouds, deers on the land with mountains around and everything are moving. FANTASTIC AND BEAUTIFUL

If I recall correctly, this can be read as 煩悩 bon'nou, which means "evil passions" or the concept of Klesha in Buddhism. The actual meaning seems to be lost in time. Reminds me of the biangbiang one.

To foreginers: It's like the longest word in English or something like that. It certainly look crazy, but no one actually use that. I bet it's not even in the computer character set (UNICODE)
