The security cameras are for security purposes and are not used for commercial purposes. Even if you request a copy, they are edited before the video is released. If you are using the video to monetize it, you are required to have the people that you use for your video sign a released form. If you don't, they can request YouTube to strike the video from being used due to a privacy violation. So please don't keep listening to the YouTube ignorance on this subject.
