I’m pretty sure The Noise just films himself multiple times and edits all of those recordings into one seamless film, which would explain Gnome Forest, Pig City, and the end credits, and also has a comically realistic dead body prop laying around that would explain the technical difficulty screen and getting jumpscared. Either that, or there’s a bunch of hired actors that play The Noise, and The Noise is more of a job than an actual individual

Dude I was thinking about this the other day and thought I had made an original PT fan theory that I had thought up. Turns out I wasn't the only one that thought this. Really shows how much water this theory holds rather than it being a made up headcannon creepypasta bullshit.

I don’t think every clone Noise is actually just a straight up clone of Noise specifically. Noise has a stunt double. But if he needs more… he could just grab a Doise and add a few bits of makeup and dyes to make them look like Noises. Doise is fairly obvious in the whole clone thing, and I know for sure Noise would abuse this weird experiment to it’s fullest instead of just hiring stunt doubles.
