This family is exactly what we need in this country, , President Trump Give this family permanent status , They have obeyed the rules
  • This is so wrong!!!! Sending hardworking people home is just wrong. These people will never be a burden to the system.

I feel like part of the story is missing. There is no explanation as to why this is happening.

This is not right . This man and his family have worked every day and not soaked a dime from the welfare system . But if he jumped the boarder he would be ok , given welfare . Maybe even a gas station !!!!
  • Should have come in legally instead of cutting the line. 🇺🇸

I am so sorry they are doing this to you and your family Mr. Mulder. You and your family are hard working people and should have the right to stay. I will keep you all in my prayers!

This is just one example of how broken and messed up our immigration system and laws are. It’s really sad when Honorably people and families get caught in the crossfire with no good options available. There is absolutely no justifiable reasons why a highly productive and honorable family has been unable to get processed through an immigration system, especially for as many years as they have been applying and trying to gain acceptance and approval for legal citizenship. I will say that I am in strong support of Legal Immigration and not having open borders for just anyone who wants to come to America, but a broken system can’t be fixed overnight. We need to secure our borders so we can gain control of the current crisis we are facing, but at the same time (think outside of the box of our broken system) to be able to speed up the screening and processing of the immigrants who are already here. If they have entered into our society, they are honorable and productive, they should be processed through immediately. If you can’t tell something about a family, their character, integrity, and honest dealings after 20 years, I would think the problem is not with the family. The problem points to a lack of mental capacity and ability to be able to make the decision to accept or reject someone based on merit. A little common sense goes a long way if we could get those in control to demonstrate their ability to use it. But then; you have to have something before you can use it.

20 years? 20 years of illegal activity. 20 years of neighbors aiding and abetting in criminal activity. Arrest and charge them all. Teach them a lesson. This criminality has got to stop.

Someone should translate this article into Spanish and play it for Latinos so they know it's not only them, hopefully, they'll stop playing the race card.
