It still makes me sad the way Kit felt so pressured by people to come out. He didn't owe anyone that information, and plus he was still just 18 when that happened!

Their dating lives are their business. I just want them to have a great time filming the show, be friends forever, and celebrate joyous careers and lives without fear, harassment, or hardship.

People need to stop forcing celebs to come out and share their personal lives. It's fucking disgusting and people need to grow the fuck up and learn that celebs are people too, and deserve as much of a private life as we do. My heart goes out to kit and the rest of the cast, as well as others who've been in that sort of situation <3

I don’t understand why we need to speculate on teenagers/young adults sexual orientations and relationships statuses. Like dang leave the poor kids alone. This nonsense is exactly what Kit meant when he said y’all missed the point of the show. Leave them alone. That stuff is private and personal and truly no one’s business

One thing I would like to say is that the heartstopper casts don't have to share their romantic relationships with outside people. As many of you may think that Joe locke and Sebastian Croft are dating. That's to themselves. Just like people who judge Kit Connor for "queer baiting" that can be kept to Kit, not all of you that hate on Kit Connor or LGBTQ+. Being a part of LGBTQ is really hard for some people, most people, like myself, have troubles with sharing their relationship status and that other info. I had to put myself out there and tell people that I'm a lesbian because of horrible people that think just because you hold hands with the same gender means you're dating them. And Kit if you ever see this, I support you and wish you the best of luck out there ❤️. Please don't accuse someone of anything until you know the full story.

Why do we all the time have to speculate about relationships???? It's none of our business!!!!!! Let's enjoy Heartstopper and let them life their lives and loves! Respect finally their privacy and learn from what we are seeing in the show!

As it should be. Their lives should be private and noones business. I see this a lot unfortunately in the BL Asian shows from Thailand, Japan, Korea. Actors get shipped by fans it's insane, so much that these so called fans get very obsessed and create problems to the actors. They have this culture of doing "fanservice" which to my opinion , makes it worse for the actors private lives and relationships they may want to have. People have to stop meddling and just respect and enjoy what these guys gives us , ENTERTAINMENT! "Fans" have to stop shipping actors and get to see the difference between reality & fantasy. I'm glad they are keeping their lives private as it should be. So what if they are dating or not or who. It's noones business but theirs!

Though it is nobody's business, just as Kit and Joe portrayed the chemistry extremely well in the show, Seb and Joe have been unsuccessful in any attempts to hide their chemistry in video coverage of non-character time.
