I think when zoro fought zombie ryuma, i think he was mostly fighting Brook's shadow and not 100% Ryuma. The zombie maybe had some bits of Ryuma but not all, so I would say he didn't exactly fight him at full strength, even though he was skilled and powerful. @47:33 while fighting Kaido, to me you can see all the manifestation of his swords with Sandai Kitetsu, being the Yellow fire aura with the outline closest to his body, then Wado Ichimonji being White aura in between everything, then you see Enma purple aura being the outer layer. But you dont see any of Zoro's aura which is green until he actually is able to control each of his sword's with his will, thus why you see only green flame on all his swords when fighting King : @49:09. He was able to unlock Conqueror's haki but not actually fully utilize it in battle at that time. He was able to take control of all of his swords to his will(green), and knock out weaker enemies around him but he was still not imbueding Conqueror's more into his attacks like Luffy or Roger. Luffy has been training all Wano arc on how to use Conqueror's haki for attacks, while Zoro is barely utilizing it for the basic things. So what I would like to see in future battles for zoro, is seeing him master Conquror's haki into his attacks, and the black/red aura outline closest to his body first, then all the other auras, like green, yellow, white,purple, then the outer red/black again in reference to @47:33 would be so badass. oda percieves it someway but thats how i percieve it and i think Conqueror's is the strongest and passed down through family thats why its above Zoro's green haki but maybe could switch the green first then the others. Just me interms of zoro and how it could be portrayed as more simple concentrated attack, or more flashy all the above attack, whichever seems more powerful i can get behind both aslong as they do it right. that is all : )

It's crazy how we still do not know how strong this man is, being that he was able to clash against king without being hit by him, and only thing holding him back was enma taking it's toll but im starting to think he might be able to become on the same level or very close to luffy even in g5 when he masters his swords and style
