I’m a cat worshipper from way back… and I love cats from another lifetime that’s for sure

I just found a black kitten and I’m in love with him ❤
  • I always crack up when Thomas says “….and we GET SLEEPY.” There’s no question I’m gonna get sleepy. Or else!

This is different and engaging😺Abby’s style takes a moment to get used to as it is unlike typical “sleepy time” voices. May I suggest that some different mix choices could make a difference here that might suit many listeners. Abby’s ringing voice has some high frequency elements that may contribute to a more stimulating nature. EQ those out, maybe bring up the lows. A 1% reduction in speed could slow it and add space without affecting quality. EQ adjustments would also make room for the music to be more present. This is one of my favorites - let me know if you are interested in further explanation of how to remix this. I am not an engineer selling services😻but a fan with ideas on how to make this more accessible to your audience so it can get the enjoyment it deserves😸

Abby does an amazing job of using her voice to help set the scene and create a sense of awe. I found this to be rather, unexpectedly, energizing. Its not a good fit for me for relaxing, unfortunately. Though, if she has done the audio/vooceacting for any audiobooks, I'd be thrilled to listen!

I'm currently going through a very difficult time after experiencing a lot of loss, including my beloved cat. I found the relaxing music to be very calming and soothing, thank you. I like Abbe's voice but like a few others this felt more like a daytime than a night-time reading to me. I'll return to it and listen to the full story in the daytime. I agree that she'd be a good audiobook reader.

I would love to hear more Ancient Egyptian stories of lore or history. This was one of my favourites. Thank you.

My goodness... Abbe NEEDS to be narrating films. Outstanding! I found myself trying to hang on to her every word and yet still drifted off nicely. Gorgeous voice.
  • Don't know how I'd would get to sleep of I couldn't listen to these beautiful stories, thank you so much

I really enjoyed the story. Abbey did a great job telling the story. I've listen 7 times already. I adore cats.

I had the best sleep last night from Simon Mattacks's Relax at the Renaissance Fair. I was so sleepy, that I kept falling asleep for school day. Thanks get sleepy team! I appreciate your dedicated and hard work.

Thanks Thomas! I can’t wait. Egypt is one of top fav subjects.

This is a good story to listen to and stay awake. Unfortunately, Abby speaks too quickly and animatedly and has too many high notes for sleep.
  • Abby sounds like Rachel Weisz from the Mummy. I can fall asleep to that voice anytime

Yay for mythology. Thank you. Hoping for more from ancient cultures too
