    Thank you for the content about Yoga and how to teaches us to accept life through discomfort. I've been incorporating it in my exercise routine almost daily and I can see the significant benefits. I wouldn't agree about the end times as the only end time we should be concerned about is our lives. Good and evil only exists within our actions and thoughts. Sickness, death, poverty, people ruining their lives .. all of these events should be accepted as they are; mere indifferences that has no effect on our spirits except if we react to them in a bad way. Does that mean we sit on the side and watch people we love ruin their lives? Of course not, we should lend a hand and support them but love them regardless of what path they choose. Thank you again for the content I can sense you have a wonderful spirit and a loving heart.

    Love you man. I don't agree we're in the end times though. Certain entheogens have very directly told me that this now is eternal. It's all just an illusion. Namaste /\
