This is my Backflip Tutorial. Hope this will give you some good tips to finally do the backflip yourself!! That being said, only do it if you are comfortable doing it and try to get a spotter if possible. if you can't try going to a trampoline park with a foam pit or airbag. GOOD LUCK!!!! Enjoy:)
