this actually helped! I alway confused on how to type it in and now I know. Had to hold down the Alt key and use the Num Lock pad numbers to type it in.

Yes, I'm using windows xp and I have a Latin/Cyrillic keyboard. I've tried the combinaitons in both Word and on web pages, but I' getting Russian letters.
