If you liked the corn ribs you should try this dish that’s basically those quartered corn (cut into smaller pieces, actually cutting into sections before quartering is even easier lol) fried in garlic, chilis, salt and pepper!! Super amazing, it’s a kind of street food dish in Hong Kong
