For the 3rd option, why not just attach it straight to the high pulley on the lat tower? Why use the secondary pulleys and go to the low pulley attachment?
  • Damn, that last one on the Lat Tower is what I was thinking about a few weeks ago and now I have seen it how it works!!! Great!! Thanks ALOT!
  • this mans creativity knows no bounds. i've never seen this done anywhere ever. i'm impressed.

Been looking for this hack for a minute! Never thought of doubling clamps on either side of the carabiner straps! Thank you!
  • @CubicleJ0ckey
Damn this is so perfect! I’ve never really been interesting in buying a functional trainer for my home gym cuz they’re never wide enough to do proper flys, but this should solve that problem easy!
  • @sleinadxela
This is genius! I always wanted a way to do cable flys at home and not buy a crossover or functional trainer!!
  • @RexWort
    That's a great idea!!
Doesn't need any specialized parts or making one

It just use simple parts that already exist
  • @AbuZak14

Also use something called a snatch block for easy cable removal.
  • @BoyBlessing
You’re an inspiration for me man. I’m about to set this up. Where can I get those blue cables?
