How about arresting the criminals and make them clean it!
  • @unploog
Oakland doesn't punish criminals, only law abiding citizens.
  • @jcalli66
Absolutely disgusting. Making an innocent citizen that’s 102 years old do the work that a criminal being sentenced did. God bless that man for being happy through all of it.
  • @kellylingus
"I'll be 103 soon, gotta slow down a little bit". Victor is the man
  • @Ay-B
🤬🤬🤬 They won't tow cars or arrest criminals - but they want to fine a 102-year-old man?
  • @miralomagal
This man's tax dollars put to work, against him! Oakland, you should be ashamed!
  • A victim of a crime is then victimized by the city for being a victim of a crime.

"Keep breathing and, you know, behave yourself." That's one hell of a great quote. I'm writing that one down.
  • @PrettyBlkSense
Whoever told a 102yr old man to clean graffiti need to go to jail!
  • @DaniMacYo
Him at 102 is remarkable how well he can communicate and still remember his hey days. Bless him. A big F you to those imposing fines and to those low lives who will probably never amount to anything good in this world.
  • @West_Coast
This is despicable. The city workers are shameless and corrupt.
  • @WeThePeeps1
Whoever ordered that citation should be SACKED.... the man's paid his dues, he's committed no crime. He should not be punished.
  • @thelostone6981
So the 102 year old man was a victim of a crime and it’s his responsibility to fix it or the city will hold him responsible?!? How is that logical on any level?
  • @kygal
He speaks so clearly and seems good cognitively for someone who’s 102!
  • @Khmerstreets
This family had great genetics! 102yrs and 70yrs they look great!
  • @mariobecerra9030
Oakland should be ashamed of themselves for harassing this old man and not doing anything about the homeless problem.
  • @auggie5097
imagine being on hold for 911, thats insane.
  • @IxXDOMINATORXxI
Good on you guys for putting this story out there and forcing the city of this mans back.
  • @cbofresh861
Time for the people to sue the City of Oakland for the neglect!
