Thank You so much for taking the time with me Forrest. Wow! What a reminder this is! The progress I’ve made since starting this journey and since this interview with you! - I did get my fridge wired to the 12v and boy did it make the world of difference! I also managed to get 2 more solar panels from the same van friend that hooked me up with the oven. I have no more worries of power. I even got myself an electric bike that I charge with my van! I’m doing a cross Canada crawl, now enjoying trails in all parts of eastern Canada! It’s different yet somehow still the same. 😇 feeling blessed and rather grateful this morning!

I subbed to her. BC is just.. outrageous with the rents now.. Vanlife is seriously the way to go when you can afford anything. Better than being on the streets and under a tent or a street corner. Keep your chin up. We are all in this together in these hard times.

Thank you for sharing. You have some really good sound advice and ideas . I’m turning 50 this year and I have been dreaming of going on the road for a long time. I still have a few teenagers at home but in the near future I hope to build out a min van I have and take it camping to start. I’m really sorry about you companion I have two dogs myself and they are getting older. I worry about them all the time they are my source of comfort and cuddles.
